As a dispute lawyer, Sanjiv handles a broad range of civil and commercial matters. He has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian courts and regularly advises on disputes involving banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, corporate and shareholders as well as tenancy and land.

Sanjiv is not one to be confined by conventional boundaries. While his core practice is dispute resolution, he has consciously and passionately expanded his expertise into areas shaping the modern legal landscape, including artificial intelligence (AI), technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), data protection and privacy, fintech and digital assets.

He previously practised at Messrs Shook Lin & Bok, where he was appointed partner in 2024, before co-founding Messrs Sanjiv Naddan & Huan in August 2025.

Sanjiv is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
